Hotel Information
Registration for the ASNR2025 Annual Meeting does not include hotel accommodations. ASNR has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the conference hotel at the rate of $239.00 per night. Reservations must be made by March 31, 2025. More information about the hotel can be found by clicking here.

Cancellation – Risk Free Registration through February 28th
ASNR is offering risk free registration through Friday, February 28, 2025. Cancellation requests for the ASNR2025 Annual Meeting registrations received by February 28, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. After February 28th, no refunds will be offered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in info@asnr.com. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.
Photography Consent
Participation in this conference constitutes consent to ASNR to use the attendee’s image in still photography or video for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.
Use of Program Content
Information presented during the ASNR Annual Meeting is the property of ASNR and the presenter. Information may not be recorded, photographed, copied, photocopied, transferred to electronic format, reproduced, or distributed without the written permission of ASNR and the presenter. Any use of the program content which includes, but is not limited to, oral presentations, audiovisual materials used by speakers and program handouts without the written consent of ASNR is prohibited.
Event Modification or Cancellation
ASNR reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. ASNR also reserves the right to cancel this event.
