The ASNR 2025 Annual Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for your organization and/or products to be exposed to leaders in neurorehabilitation, who are both clinicians and researchers from all over North America and beyond. The meeting is exceptional for its scientific content, quality of the speakers, and integration between basic science and clinical practice.

The meeting reflects the excellence of the ASNR’s journal, Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair, which has the highest impact factor among rehabilitation journals. Our Annual Meeting features dedicated exhibitor space in close proximity to the scientific sessions area and opportunities for product display and advertising in the meeting brochure.

Exhibitor or Sponsor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold the American Society of Neurorehabilitation and the Grand Hyatt in Buckheadtheir employees and agents harmless against all claims losses, damages to persons or property governmental charges or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by installations, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises or part there of excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead, their employees, and their agents. We agree to abide by the Sponsorship rules and regulations indicated in the 2025 ASNR Sponsor & Exhibitor Prospectus and any amendments thereto, all of which are a part of this contract.
