2027 ASNR Annual Meeting Symposia Proposals

Thank you for your interest in submitting a symposia proposal to be considered for inclusion in the 2027 ASNR Annual Meeting Program, March 16 - 18, 2027, in Durham, NC. Please note all submissions are due Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Track 1 is for applicants submitting a complete symposium organized around a cohesive scientific theme.

  • Full symposia should include three speakers (including organizer), 60 minutes of scientific presentations, and 15 minutes of Q&A.
  • Priority will be given to symposia that introduce new themes and presenters not featured in recent ASNR Annual Meetings. Please review programs from the past three years HERE.
  • All symposium organizers and presenters will be required to submit a financial disclosure form.
  • Symposium organizers must be ASNR members.
  • Presenters do not need to be an ASNR member.
  • Non-ASNR members who are presenting at ASNR and attending the meeting for the first time will be offered a reduced membership rate and complimentary meeting registration.
